Cancellation & Refund Policy

We aim for long-term relationships. If we are not the right fit, this page explains how to cancel and when refunds apply.

1) How to Cancel

  1. Log in to your client area at https://my.papahosting.com.
  2. Open the service you want to cancel and submit a cancellation request.
  3. If you are seeking a refund, also open a billing ticket to billing@papahosting.com after submitting the cancellation.

2) Money-Back Guarantee

  • Shared and Reseller Hosting: 30 day money-back on first purchase of an eligible plan.
  • Before Activation: Full refund if you cancel before the service is activated.

3) Non-Refundable Items

  • Domain registration, transfer, or renewal fees.
  • Dedicated IPs, add-ons, and third-party licenses.
  • VPS, VDS, dedicated servers, and custom work once activated.
  • Renewals or upgrades of existing services.

4) Eligibility Conditions

  • Submit the cancellation within 30 days of activation for eligible shared/reseller plans.
  • Keep your account in good standing with no AUP violations or chargebacks.
  • Refunds apply to hosting fees only. Setup, usage-based fees, or overages are excluded.

5) Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe or PayPal. We process within 3 to 14 business days after approval. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the funds.

6) Chargebacks and Disputes

Talk to us first. Open a billing ticket at billing@papahosting.com so we can fix the issue quickly. Filing a bank or PayPal chargeback without contacting us may lead to service suspension and recovery of dispute fees where allowed by law.

7) Service Delivery

All services are delivered digitally after payment approval and routine anti-fraud checks. Provisioning times vary by product.

8) Changes to This Policy

We may update this page to reflect legal, operational, or product changes. The latest version on this URL applies.
